Pure Design are a supplier of luxury furnishings who also offer an interior design service.

Their new website was created by New Media Boutique, a Leeds based web development company.

New Media Boutique did a great job with implementing the navigation on this site, with products neatly categorised into Living areas, and linked to from a stunning image based flash banner with great zoom effects on page load. The remainder of the website has a very clean and fresh feel to it due to the use of a well selected colour pallet of white combined with smooth grey gradients. Website Link

Pixel Air – The Fold

The Fold is a fashion designer who specialises in clothing for professional women. Their stunning new website was created by Pixel Air, a Cheshire based web development company. One thing we love about the site is the product display page called the “Look Book” this displays the current range in a gorgeous layout which is crisp and eye catching.

This crisp and clean layout is continued throughout the entire site leaving the reader with little to distract them from the beautifully photographed products. Product page layout is just as impressive with information nicely contained within a tabbed area, this is one of the best designed websites I have seen in a while, great work pixel air. Website Link

Jay Hollywood

Jay Hollywood’s bespoke wordpress website is awesome. I have always liked dark websites, especially ones which showcase lots of images. The dark background just seems to make the images come alive and gives them so much more prominence.

The showcase Jay has used on this site creates a continual band of images across the whole page, with the current image being slightly enlarged as it passes centre, This make the showcase seem far more integral than many of the more traditional oblong box showcases that we are more used to.

Jay’s Portfolio page is also very impressive, with a great layout and a handy site filter with which users can narrow the websites on show down to a particular industry.

Jay also provides creative services and branding design through his new company, Humaan. Great job Jay! Website Link

PANDR

The PANDR website occupies a very special place on High Impact Design as the very first website design we have showcased.
I really like how this site manages to pull of a clean and crisp layout even though there is actually quite a lot of information on display.

Additionally this design is very well laid out from a usability aspect, with two menus each providing a clear grouping of pages. PANDR are a web design company who are based in Norwich. Website Link
